NeXolve is looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant to perform supporting accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree or working toward a degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Performs a variety of routine accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in a small company manufacturing/services atmosphere. These functions include AP review and entry and classifies and or codes transactions to appropriate accounts. May contact other departments or outside agencies to resolve common problems. High school diploma or equivalent and college coursework toward accounting or at least one year accounting support experience required.
Full Time 40 hours per week.
Must be a US Citizen. A motivated individual with good organizational skills is needed in this fast paced growing company.
