NeXolve engineering services include structural and thermal modeling and analysis (specifically for thin-film structures and turbopump bearings), released drawings generation with configuration control, and metrology.

NeXolve uses several engineering software packages for design and analysis including AutoCAD, Pro-E, Creo, and AutoDesk. Additionally, NeXolve uses FreeFlyer for orbital modeling and analysis.

NeXolve also has a laser tracker system with software for precision measurement. All of these tools are used in support of all aerospace manufacturing programs.
